The New Opportunities Centre (CNO – Centro de Novas Oportunidades) of CEPRA recognizes, validates and certificates skills:
The RVCC process is an opportunity to certify skills acquired through work and life experience, through resulting from formal, not formal or informal, learning processes from a perspective of lifelong learning.
This process is established according to the key competences referential of educational skills, for the basic level or secondary level of education, taking into account the knowledge related to their professional skills in order to obtain professional certification. This process allows the awarding of certificates to students in the 4th, 6th, 9th and 12th grade, and Diplomas of Professional Qualification for the professions included in the National Catalogue of Qualifications.
The rigorous identification of skills to hold, and the meticulous and demanding recognition and validation in confrontation with the key skills, is enhanced with self-assessment, giving credibility to the system and challenging and motivating the participants to lifelong learning.
In CEPRA’s CNO it is demanded that each individual is prepared for the real needs of the world of work, promoting the development of their careers and allowing them to pursue studies.
